cyborgs carved out of orphans

This is an improvisational drama. All scenes are to be decided at random by choosing a card from the ACTION box, indicating the scene, characters, mood and wardrobe.

This is the story of two scientists, Mom and Dad, who
took in orphans so they could conduct weird experiments
and turn them into cyborgs. Now in their teens, the cyborg
children struggle to adapt to life in high school.

Cast of characters...

DAD has OCD and unhealthy desire to control his teenage children’s every move. He displays what he thinks they should look like on his torso-screen™ whenever he’s around them

MOM is an alcoholic.

BILL desperately wants to be goth, but he’s torn. He likes and needs his father’s approval so he tries to keep his goth urges to himself. He’s also mostly horse and very self-conscious about his horse-like smell.

DANA has 3.5 brains and a bit of a mean streak. He/She really wants to be an amateur thief but it can’t get all of its brains to agree on the proper villainous thieving outfit.

CARL is the most difficult child. After seeing a cable documentary about transsexuals he has taken to wearing dresses in public. But his real torment stems from his discomfort with being the only black kid in school.

The play theoretically goes on forever...
