The idea is to pick up a bunch of homeless people, and/or prisoners (the more deformed and emaciated the better) and then dress them up in couture' clothing, and send them down the runway. Of course there may be problems.. so their dressing rooms will be fully stocked with alcohol, drugs, and other sedatives.. but no food until after the show!
